You agree to pay for all charges noted herein as payable by you. You have to be 18 or older to purchase from the website. Any items purchased on this website will not be delivered to an address outside of UAE with FREE of delivery charges. International delivery charges may vary depends on the place and country to be delivered and which should be paid by the buyer.

Local delivery (UAE) for the purchase of AED.100 and above will be free. Service charge of AED.20 will be applicable for order below AED.100

Additional 10 Dhs will be applicable for Cash on Delivery.

All prices listed on this website are in Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).

We will notify you by e Mail within hours of making a purchase if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order. If you do not receive an e Mail within 24 hours (Friday and Saturday will not be counted) of completing a purchase order, iSports is deemed to have confirmed the purchase at the price listed. If you receive such notification, the sale will be automatically terminated unless you reply by e Mail with confirmation of your intention to purchase the item at the confirmed price.

ISports reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you or any group can purchase. ISports will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, ISports will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. Where delivery is delayed, ISports will notify you as soon as possible.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Once you receive your item and feel that you would like to return, please let us know within 7 days of receipt, for us to get back to you. Any shipping costs to return product will be at the cost of the customer, any refund provided will be subject to our policy and procedures and that the product has not been damaged in any way.

Returns Procedure:

iSports.ae will not be responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit on return.

Once goods are accepted and are in the same condition as delivered we will issue you a refund or credit your account within 7 days of receipt.

The following products may NOT be returned:
